The International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF)

The International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) is an international platform with the theme of investment and construction of infrastructure, jointly organized by China International Contractors Association and Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute with the approval of establishment by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce in 2010. The Forum serves as an important platform to exchange strategic thinking and insights, explore opportunities and seek cooperation for related government authorities, financial institutions, engineering companies, survey & design firms, consultants, and equipment manufacturers, etc., under the guidance of MOFCOM, MOFA, NDRC, SASAC, HMO, Macao SAR, LOCPG MO. IIICF has been included in the white paper “The Belt and Road Initiative: A Key Pillar of the Global Community of Shared Future” issued in 2023 by the Information Office of the State Council of China, signaling the important role played by the IIICF in assisting to jointly build infrastructure connectivity under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Joint Action Plan
The Joint Action Plan for Enhanced Cooperation on International Infrastructure Construction (hereinafter referred to as “Joint Action Plan”) is an alliance of international contractors associations which owes its existence to the International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (hereinafter referred to as “IIICF”). The Joint Action Plan is intended to enhance communication among signatory associations and promote mutually beneficial cooperation between association members.
Since its launch in 2010, it has won wide recognition from the world and has been signed by 20 international associations.
