Chinese contractors have grown more compelling on the global stage, not only keeping the momentum in the markets where they are historically strong, but also gaining market share in matured markets. To strengthen Chinese contractors’ international competitiveness, we will need to find more creative way to involve more players as financiers, partners or coordinators in the project financing. Especially for interconnectivity infrastructure projects of high complexity, Chinese contractor need to note and make full use of the innovative financing mode of the trend.
