
The Zhejiang International Contractors Association (ZJICA) is an industry organization composed of upstream and downstream enterprises engaged in overseas contracting, labor cooperation, and engineering investments in Zhejiang Province. It operates under the guidance of the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang. ZJICA has established overseas branches in 13 countries, including Algeria, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia, and has over 150 member enterprises. These members span various fields such as housing construction, transportation, power, and telecommunications, and include contractors, suppliers, service providers, and financial institutions. They offer a full range of services to clients, including consulting, design, construction, and operations and maintenance.
Since its establishment in 2012, ZJICA has effectively played the role of promoting industry exchange, integrating resources, and facilitating government-enterprise communication. The association has organized over 1,000 events, published nearly 10,000 project information entries, and facilitated cooperation worth over $4 billion. The 2024 Zhejiang (Macau) International Engineering Exhibition, a key event hosted by the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang , will be organized by ZJICA. The association will collaborate with numerous outstanding Zhejiang enterprises to leverage Macau as a crucial platform and gateway for international cooperation, exploring the vast potential of Zhejiang's international engineering industry.
