China Railway Signal & Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: CRSC, Stock Code: 688009.SH, 03969.HK) is a large central SOE (state owned enterprise) directly supervised by the SASAC (The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council).
