Genertec International Holding Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., a key state-owned enterprise directly managed by the central government. It was established on the basis of CNTIC, CMC and CGCI. The company manages China Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation on behalf of Genertec.
