China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NFC”) was established in 1983 with approval of the State Council. In April 1997, NFC was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000758) under China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., a large central SOE in China.

NFC is among the earliest Chinese companies going global for international project contracting. Under CNMC’s strong leadership,after four decades of development, NFC has evolved itself from a mere international project contractor into a comprehensive nonferrous metals company specializing in international project contracting and development of nonferrous metals minerals resources. Our services span the entire nonferrous metals industry, including nonferrous metals consulting, minerals exploitation,industrial design and R&D of nonferrous metals, international project contracting, minerals investment, production and operation,mining, smelting, and metallurgical equipment manufacturing.
