On December 10, 2015, China Energy Engineering Group Limited publicly issued H-shares and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 3996.HK); on September 28, 2021, it was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601868.SH).
